- Mission Statement:
Transport Oklahoma veterans to Washington D.C. to visit those memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices.
Goal:
Helping every veteran in Oklahoma, willing and able of getting on a plane or a bus, visit their memorial.
Priority:
Top priority is given to Oklahoma's most senior heroes - survivors of World War II and any veteran with a terminal illness who wishes to visit their memorial.

Way of Central Oklahoma is focused on Strong Families.
They believe financial stability is a critical component
to strengthening a family.
One
of the ways they help working families improve their
bottom line is by helping them secure the tax credits
they have earned. This spring they opened their
office each Saturday to individuals and families earning
less the $42,000 annually for FREE income tax
preparation assistance. Many families left with as much
as 10% of their annual incomes being returned to them
through tax credits.

Benefit for Wartime Veterans can Receive Assistance -
with Long-Term Care Expenses
Wartime veterans and their spouses can receive assistance for long-term care expenses through the Special Pension for
Veterans Aid and Attendance. It pays up to $1,644 a month or $19,736 annually toward assisted living, nursing homes or in-home care for veterans age 65 and older who served at least 91 days during wartime, either stateside or overseas. Most applicants qualify and payments are retroactive so individuals should not disqualify themselves.
